I had the honour of attending Life Coach & Educator Crystal Thompson for an evening to inspire women with fresh approaches to weight loss. I posted a couple of pictures from the event and handouts she had including her business cards. She was so well spoken and truly inspiring during her journey to just happiness and feeling comfortable in your own skin. She is so kind and I'm seriously so happy that I went.
